I went to check my engine light. My car was struggling to start and driving crazy. When i entered there was a short line. I was in line for quite a few mins. She used a machine to check issue. Once she checked computer it was determined that I needed a fuel pump. She gave me hope by letting me know that it may be a part of smaller issue. The pump was over $400! She also printed the information and gave it to me. Overall a good experience.
I recently visited AutoZone, excited to see the results of their expansion. However, I was surprised to find the entrance still quite crowded.
Additionally, my checkout experience was less than ideal. As someone new to how online payments work, with them particularly, I found their approach a bit condescending when I needed assistance. It's always great when staff are more patient and helpful, especially with new technology.
Given these experiences, I'm considering giving Advanced Auto a try for my next auto parts purchase. Hoping for a more spacious entrance and a friendlier checkout experience there.
First time here in a long time. Located on Candler Rd. in Decatur, Georgia. The staff was helpful and nice but, one of the guys putting the freon in my ac said he didn't know what he was doing after he started and wasted almost the whole can. Then another guy came out but it was too late by then. Check out my pics and video for more info.
The gentleman who helped with my headlight was awesome! He went above and beyond to find the correct mold, even though the system said they didn’t have it. Excellent customer service!

Customer service is piss poor terrible, never in my life have I walked into a place of business and hear so much profanity, and that’s not the part that behoove me there conversation is so loud and there all talking about drinking don Julio at 3 in the afternoon if these are the type of employees you all choose to represent your company I truly feel sorry for you we will most definitely go somewhere else to purchase parts .
Horrible treatment of a pregnant women. I'm 9 months pregnant and just purchased a van and went to auto zone for my engine light. One of th3 clerks wasn't even trying to be bothered. I'm used to great service from auto zone. I'm. Used to going in from having my light come on and having a clerk bring that cute machine out and telling me what the problem is. But this clerk just told me to take1 a pic and send it to a mechanic. I was definitely bummed out.
Stacey G was very patient with me when I told her I'm deaf. She was communicating with me in sign language little. Love her attitude. She's very friendly.
Today Rudy the sales manager went above and beyond helping my daughter and I. We purchased a battery at another location and by the time my daughter arrived to work it wouldn’t start again. I was inconvenienced because I had to drive to her job and move the battery around so that it would start. I knew it wasn’t installed properly. We then went to Rudy’s location and he re installed the battery and checked the oil. My daughter can now safely drive without her car cutting off.

Didn’t think this place could get any worse. Drove all the way from jackson to pick up parts. Was given wrong parts and charged for right parts. Customer service terrible. I recommend just go to amazon Auto zone going this way probably won’t be around in 10 years.
